There is no indoor bike storage, but two rings for locking bikes are mounted outside on the house wall. The apartment is on the ground floor and features two bright, functional rooms. From the comfortable loveseat in the living room, you can look out through the large lattice window onto a quiet lane. The 1.20 m wide sofa includes a partial recline function for relaxing. At the back of the room, you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette with everything you need for breakfast or cooking, plus a practical bistro-style dining area. The separate bedroom has a comfortable, slightly raised double bed. The loveseat in the living area can be fully unfolded to provide a second sleeping space for one person, allowing two guests to sleep separately if desired. A uniquely designed hallway leads to the small bathroom with shower. Free parking is available overnight on nearby streets. During the day, you can park at the train station, Old Harbor, or in the Old Harbor parking garage (Kopenhagener Str.) for a low fee. Longer-term rentals are possible.

Charming holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms for 2–4 people in a timber-framed house over 400 years old, near the Old Harbor of the Hanseatic city of Wismar. Non-smoking, family-friendly. Wi-Fi is available. There are no bicycle parking spaces in the house or courtyard. The apartment spans the first floor with living area, kitchen, and elevated terrace, and the attic with two bedrooms and a shower room. You reach the upper floor via a narrow, rather steep staircase and enter through the kitchen. Here you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette and a cozy dining area. From here, you can access the high terrace: enjoy breakfast in the morning sun overlooking the green courtyards, and in the afternoon, it’s a shady play area for your children. In the evening, admire the illuminated nave of St. Nikolai while tasting a typical Wismar beer. From the kitchen, you enter the L-shaped living room. The former alcove with a reading nook flows into the living area with a comfortable sofa and a rocking chair by the TV. Both bedrooms are in the attic. One has a double bed, the other a single bed and a mid-height children’s bunk—perfect for little pirates. If you need more sleeping space: the living room sofa easily converts into a bed for 1–2 people. The shower room/WC in the attic completes the apartment. A travel cot with bedding, a high chair, and a stair gate are available on request. Two rings for locking bicycles are attached outside the house.
